Delivery
Please note that we currently only deliver within mainland United Kingdom.
We require that you are at least 18 years old and can provide proof of the same upon request.
Order processing and delivery
Orders processed and dispatched within 7 working days unless otherwise requested. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you placed your order. Please indicate your preferred delivery date when you order, and we will do our best to fulfil this, although we cannot guarantee the date.
Orders will be sent via courier. A person over the age of 18 must be available to sign for the goods, unless you tell us otherwise in the delivery instructions.
In all cases we will inform you by email when the goods have been dispatched. If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving this email please contact our Brewery Shop team at sales@bewdleybrewery.co.uk
Cancelling your order
You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch by calling our Brewery Shop team on 01299 405148 Monday to Saturday between 1000 and 1800. We will confirm your order cancellation by email. Please note that calls may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will need to return the goods to us.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return part or all of your order for refund at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition.

Please quote your name, order reference and which product you wish to return. This will allow us to issue you a Returns Number so that when your goods arrive, we can arrange for a refund. You do not have to give any reasons for cancellation, however, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to you and other customers in the future. If you decide to cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if the goods are faulty or misrepresented.
Faulty or damaged items
If there is a problem with the goods, please email our Brewery Shop team at sales@bewdleybrewery.co.uk quoting your order number, your name, address and telephone number, together with details of the product and the problem. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights and advise on how to proceed.
